These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of merchandise by Arisaig Gundogs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell gundog-related merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, and branded items (“Products”).

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith.

  • Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include/exclude taxes as required by law.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment via card and PayPal

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

4. Orders

  • An order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation from us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per customer.

  • If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unused, unworn items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos where possible. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

8. Use of Products & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our merchandise is intended for lawful use only.

  • Training or working equipment must be used responsibly and appropriately.

  • We are not responsible for misuse of Products or failure to follow proper safety or training practices.

  • Nothing sold is intended to replace professional gundog training advice.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, images, and content are owned by or licensed to Arisaig Gundogs

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom and any disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
