This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by Arisaig Gundogs (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:30pm will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a dispatch confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and estimated times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on delivery method, order value, and location.

4. International Shipping 

  • International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where available).

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delays & Lost Parcels

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

  • Lost parcels will be handled in accordance with the courier’s investigation process.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item where possible so we can assist you.
